We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it to trusted third-party “Operators” who assist us in operating our business, under strict confidentiality agreements, and only as necessary:

    • Subcontractors & Suppliers: To deliver services (e.g., tree felling specialists, delivery services for gifts/materials). They will receive only the information necessary to perform their task (e.g., your address and access instructions).
    • Service Providers: For business operations, including cloud-based software for scheduling (Connecteam), accounting (QuickBooks), customer relationship management, email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing, and payment processing.
    • Legal Compliance: Where required by law, a subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Evergro Landscapers, our clients, or others.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:

    • Secure digitisation of paper records, after which the physical copies are securely destroyed (shredded).
